• Prices quoted are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation policy:

• Scheduled services can be cancelled with 24 hours notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge
• Project cancellations may result in charges for work completed and materials purchased

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work:

• Workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days from completion
• Plant warranties vary by species and are subject to proper care
• Equipment and materials carry manufacturer warranties
• We are not responsible for damage caused by weather, pests, or improper care

7. Liability

Limitation of liability:

• We carry comprehensive liability insurance
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not responsible for underground utilities not properly marked

8. Intellectual Property

All landscape designs, plans, and creative work remain the intellectual property of GreenVista Landscaping unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce or use our designs for other properties without permission.

When using our website:

• You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access
• You must not transmit harmful code or viruses
